For your next chicken or turkey sandwich, instead of just using plain mayonnaise, slather this recipe for dill and chive mayonnaise onto your bread. It’s easy to forget about the condiments in a sandwich, but fresh herbs and whole garlic add a new dimension of flavor that will make your sandwiches stand tall above the rest. Try it on a brioche bun with salmon, avocado and a squeeze of lemon.
